To Be Hero X Set For Global Release, Superhero Series With Vibrant Art

To Be Hero X

To Be Hero X is gearing up for its highly anticipated global debut, with its Japanese premiere officially set for April 6. Alongside the announcement, a striking new key visual has been revealed, showcasing the series’ 10 heroes in bold, vibrant colors.

Taking center stage in the visual is none other than the top-ranked hero, X.

In addition to its Japanese release, streaming dates have also been confirmed for international platforms. Netflix and Prime Video will begin distributing the series on April 7, followed by other platforms starting April 9.

Production and Music

To Be Hero X is being animated by BeDream and directed by Li Haolin (Link Click). The music for the series is composed by an impressive team, including Hiroyuki Sawano (Attack on Titan), KOHTA YAMAMOTO, Hidefumi Kenmochi, DAIKI (AWSM.), Shuhei Mutsuki, Hideyuki Fukasawa, Misaki Umase, and Ryuichi Takada (MONACA).

About the To Be Hero Franchise

Crunchyroll currently streams the previous two series in the franchise, To Be Hero and To Be Heroine. The platform describes To Be Heroine as follows:

Everyone around Futaba expects her to grow up and become an adult, and she’s lost the ability to keep herself mentally balanced. At the bottom of her heart, her childish self is still there, and still strong.

One day she wanders into another dimension, a world where the light has been lost, and darkness rules. The people there exist as babies wearing only their underpants. The clothes they wear can be summoned as powerful fighters called SpiCloths.
