Manga Background

Koshino serialized Dr. Ashura in Nihonbungeisha’s Weekly Manga Goraku magazine from 2015 to 2016.

The publisher compiled the series into three volumes. Additionally, a two-volume new edition, which includes a special new one-shot story, will be released on April 11.

Other Works by Ryō Koshino

Koshino previously launched the manga Machi-Isha Jumbo in Kodansha’s Weekly Gendai magazine in 2011, concluding it in 2015.

The series later inspired the live-action drama Town Doctor Jumbo!! in 2013, which was streamed by Crunchyroll as it aired.
